Returns & Refunds Policy
Special-order items: Wheels, tires, and audio equipment are ordered to your vehicle’s specifications. Once an order is placed with our distributor, it may be subject to the distributor’s return terms and restocking fees.
Uninstalled products: Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of pickup. A restocking fee may apply.
Installed products: Once mounted or installed, products cannot be returned, but manufacturer warranties still apply. We will assist with any warranty claim.
Defective items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we’ll make it right through replacement or warranty.
