When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number. We need this information to process your order, arrange delivery, and contact you about your purchase.
When you contact us by form, phone, or email, we keep the information you provide so we can respond and follow up.
Automatically, our website records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which products customers are looking at.
Payment information
We do not see or store your full credit or debit card number. Card payments are processed by our payment providers, which may include WooPayments, Square, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and buy-now-pay-later providers such as Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. Sharing your information
We share your name, delivery address, and contact details with our suppliers and the shipping carrier so your order can be fulfilled and delivered. Tires from our distributor, U.S. AutoForce, are shipped to our Corpus Christi location first and then shipped on to you by a carrier we arrange; accessories from our supplier, Keystone Automotive, and wheels from our supplier, Wheel Pros, may ship directly from the supplier’s warehouse to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep items in your shopping cart, remember you while you are signed in, and measure general site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep order records, including invoices and receipts, for as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to remove it.
