Load rating is per wheel. Rear duals are balanced as pairs. Follow the installation guidelines supplied with the wheel.
About the photograph. The manufacturer shoots one photograph per wheel style and finish and uses it for every drilling, so the number of lug holes in the picture can differ from this part. This part is 8×165.1.
